Pricing & Scheduling
Gentle Journeys LLC maintains a master list of interested passengers and reaches out to the top of the list anytime there is an opening in weather and calendar. If you are not available, we’ll move on down the list, and so on; you’ll maintain your original spot on the list until we get it done! I have successfully operated this friendly list for years; you’re welcome to stay on the list as long as you wish to persevere!
Pricing
Gentle Journeys LLC pricing is $300 per person. We do not differentiate between group or private rides, per se, as we can accommodate 2, 3, or 4 passengers by using a different balloon, e.g. couples who might prefer a private ride or couples who may not mind flying with another couple. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date; no deposit is required to join our Standby List. The remainder of payment is due at launch time. Additional fees may apply to travel outside normal areas.
Scheduling
Here’s where things get exciting; not complicated, but challenging due to our mutual availabilities and the whims of weather. Gentle Journeys LLC is a part-time endeavor, i.e. I do not run an on-line booking system. Rather, we will coordinate the old-fashioned way – by telephoning and talking, (and maybe some later texting). Rest assured, this flexibility has its advantages, as hard scheduling can sometimes conflict with weather, canceling, rescheduling, canceling, rescheduling, and even refunding.
Let’s face it, there are only so many good weather days in the year and each balloon ride company is limited in their capacity to accommodate reservations and rescheduling. Hence, we do often work together to ensure no good flying day and outstanding passenger requirements go unattended!

I do welcome your requests for specific days/date(s) ($50 non-refundable deposit required) to schedule
your ballooning experience and will do all I can to accommodate your special date, time, and location!
Our greatest flexibilities and flight opportunities may lay in our Standby List; - first come - first served!
